  We visited on a Wednesday evening around 7. They were not very busy. We were greeted quickly and seated. However, that's where things started to go south. Tables around us were acknowledged and provided drinks yet we were sat there without as much as a hello. Another waiter finally came up and made an excuse that our waiter was busy. He did get our drinks but could have as easily have taken our order (our menus were closed and sat at the end of our table). Instead, we waited nearly another 15 minutes to place our order. We were getting ready to get up to leave when our waiter looked over and quickly came to the table. We ordered and continued to see other customers being taken care of with drinks and their food. It took several minutes, after other tables that had arrived after we had being presented their meals, for us to receive our meals...and warm but not hot in temperature. After we had finished our meals, we waited for our waiter to present our bill so that we could pay and leave. Our waiter never returned to the table and we approached the cashier to see if we could get our check and pay. Our waiter spotted us approaching the cashier and dug in his apron pocket to retrieve our check. We've noted a serious decline in the quality of service at the restaurant lately...and have noted as such to the Management. I hope that this can be addressed soon. Portland needs to maintain quality restaurants...particularly in the Main Street/downtown area...if the area is to survive and thrive.

  Good Americanized Mexican.food with great service. If your looking for atmosphere, go seplace else, but eating here with friends relaxing is great. Top notch margaritas. AND happy hour 4 to 7 Mon through Thursdays is a bargain

  Nice clean environment, Great food, great staff and service. I live out of state and every time i visit Portland this place is always number one on my list to stop and eat at, they always make me feel welcomed. I have been coming here for nine years and never left disappointed. The Texas fajitas and shredded chicken nachos are awesome.

  The food is really good, service is okay, best margaritas they actually put alcohol in them.

  Food was good. Staff courteous. But, went there for drinks. Margarita mix was awful. Bar tender quoted $7.99 for whiskey that rang up $10.99. Bar tender left bar multiple times to tend elsewhere. Servers fixing their own drinks.
